Tribal Gaming Agency

2011-2020

Overseen the Ak-Chin Tribal Gaming Agency to ensure they were in compliance with the Ak-Chin Policies & Procedures, Arizona Gaming Regulations and the Ak-Chin Gaming Compact. Appointed to the board by the Ak-Chin Tribal Council for five 2-year terms.

Girls Night Out Committee

2017- Current

Committee established to create events for the female youth of the Ak-Chin Community, Events are focused on building confidence, health & wellness and addressing high risk issues or situations through adolescence.

Housing Board

2019- 2022

Enforce the Ak-Chin Housing Policies & Procedures and address tenant concerns. To approve/deny tenants requests when altering home. Assign homes to community members and make decisions on living arrangements or evictions. Take part in the planning of housing projects, home rebuilds and housing additions.

Southern Arizona Fire Explorer Academy

Planning Team

2012-2015

Help in the planning of the SAFEA to create a safe environment for the youth in attendance to the academy. To help in finding funding and managing logistics for the SAFEA. Provide basic fire/ems training during the academy and oversee the safety of each attendant.
